Every student enrolled are due to receive necessary assistance in regard to their career planning and making decisions about their employment.

Making intellectual contributions represents a core set of responsibilities of higher education. A wide variety of intellectual contributions are appropriate in academic institutions. For purposes of this standard, contributions are grouped into (a) basic scholarship, (b) applied scholarship, and (c) instructional development.
