university contains a core full-time faculty, which conduct
all the academic activities and maintain the stability
and improvement of the quality of the programs offered.
The part-time faculty complements the full-time faculty.
The resources of the faculty are deployed in accordance
with the university’s main mission and the programs
offered. The university endeavors to build up a highly
qualified faculty through efficient planning and policy
efforts.
The academic and professional qualifications of the members
of the faculty are such as to accomplish the teaching
and other related activities in the most proficient manner.
The minimum qualification for a position in the faculty
is a master’s degree together with a bachelor’s
degree with honors in the relevant field. For Ph.D. programs,
the faculty possess higher qualification such as Ph.D.
in the respective area.
